But before I let people from the internet help me fix my personal problems, I should tell ya a bit 'bout me!
So hi, I'm Mawsy! (Not actual name but I wanna be called that, please and thank you :P)
I'm asexual, so nobody's gonna lay hands on THIS strange little creature.
I am from Germany, and before you ask the question that I get asked every time I tell some I'm German, yes, we have good public transport!
"Male" is what stands on my birth certificate, and I do not really know if I'm fine with that.
I have always, since the earliest days of preschool up until this point, had this phenomenon that I genuinely disliked being called a boy or male. I just feel like I've never really fitted into that category, and the male friends I have are more like a box of pralines: a small, yet sweet selection. I have instead always enjoyed the company of women, rather than men. Talking with women just always sparked something in me. It made me go like "Yeah, those dudes from my class can go ahead and fire some fireworks or slam theyr heads into melons, but I will definitely enjoy some time with the girls instead. They are MY real buddies!" I have also never felt that wave of like... "I'm a man, I must behave like this and that". When I cry I cry. When I wanna say a girly sentence, I'll say a girly sentence. When I wanna behave a li'l gay around my friends, I'll behave a li'l gay! So while I REALLY don't feel like a male, I also definitely know I am NOT a girl! And it's strange and makes my head go ouchie.
And I do not know what I can do to treat said ouchie! So like... can YOU help me please? Would you have something gender-wise that'd fit me???

You could be nonbinary, genderqueer, bigender, genderfae, or many other things. There are many, many identities outside of male and female! I would recommend looking around on the wiki for a bit, there’s a lot of good resources.

Sup, Mawsy! First of all, love the quirky way you type. There’s so much personality there and like, omg, I just like, love it so much!!! >< It’s like I just met my clone or something rather than the 348439th dry netizen.
Second of all, I relate like, so much! Like, um… I’m AFAB, but talking to dudes is cool because they’re just more relatable and stuff. So uh, I considered myself a tomboy for quite a while. Eventually in 2020, I was like: okay so, am I a tomboy, a boy, or somewhere between both, i.e. solarset? I went with the third answer, since I was extremely ambivalent about my identity. It’s only then a few months ago that I started to notice that the enbyness, girlness, and boyness in me aren’t equal. I wanted to be seen as an enby above all else, then a boy, and only slightly a girl. You can tell because I’d rather have people call me he/they than she/her. (more details in this post) And that’s how my tomboy phase turned into aboixygender.
So yeah, I feel like in some way, you mirror me. Instead of having the tomboy phase, you have the tomgirl(or gay) phase, and instead of being both a boy and a girl, you’re neither. And honestly, that’s totally okay.
Knowing you’re neither is already like, a big step in gender discovery. That takes years of unlearning the gender binary and getting rid of excuses like “I’m just faking it, aren’t I?”, especially if you grew up in a traditionalist environmnent. Now, if you wanna stop there, that’s fine. In the non-binary realm, no one’s asking you to know your specific gender. However, I’ve made this list of types of nonbinary genders if you wanna take a look:
Agender: a complete lack of gender; being genderless.
Xenogender: a gender explained by metaphors, e.g. the moon and the sun.
Maverique: a nonbinary gender that is neither agender nor xenogender.
Genderneutral: it’s a vague word but it helps marks yourself as a third category rather than “male” or “female”.
