So I have a horrible relationship With food I’ve been fasting from water and food since last Tuesday and if I eat I well…
I’m doing it to increase fitness and it’s working but it’s also taking forever. Like I’ve Lost 15 pounds since last month and I can walk faster.
I dont know what to do
Ok so what i would recommend is eating every other day bc i’ve lost 40 pounds in three months since i started doing that and drinking lots and lots of water. Never ever stop drinking water you will not lose as much as you would’ve if you drank tons of water
Eating every other day is a good start, but your goal should always be to eat every day, even if it’s helping you lose weight. Eating every other day, while an improvement from fasting for a week, still isn’t healthy, and will do more damage to you (mentally and physically) long-term. Everyone deserves food. ![]()
I need to lose weight for wrestling so this is what i do it’s healthier than not eating for days or weeks at a time plus drinking water helps a lot
