I need some tips for stuff

so, as you probably know, im transfemme, and I have a few things I need tips for.
1/ How can I make myself look more curvy without bodyshape, because I’m in that freeze zone between blockers and hrt, and I’m falling behind so I am just going to fake it till I make it.
2/How can I diet calcium without milk?
3/tips for how to avoid being obvious when.. Hmm how do I say this… You know, the E word.
Okay I have a tip for you all too!
For voice training, try to talk at the top of your throat, instead of the bottom. This achieves a more high, soft, yet clear voice, instead of the deep crusty sounds. You should not feel that gravely crumbly feeling in your throat. Basically, do the opposite of vocal fry.
Try humming or talking in that tone for a bit, and then get used to it. Even if you aren’t out, you should do this to avoid dysphoria and have a higher voice when and if you do transition. This trick works really well for people taking blockers who don’t take hrt yet, and for people with naturally high voices it works amazing.
Also try to lower your shoulders, as it makes them seem less broad and more soft.

I’m pretty sure you can get calcium tablets at supplement stores like a gnc or something. For the third one, are you talking about estrogen?

No

Its a very personal word so idk if I should say it but I meant Erection

I’ve heard wearing high waisted pants can help create the illusion of curves. You could also try working out your pectoral muscles to make your chest bigger, but I’m not sure if the shape would actually look at all like boobs, and I also don’t know if having more muscles would make you dysphoric, so you may or may not actually want to do that.
Calcium supplements are pretty easy to find even at just a regular grocery store, and most of the ones I’ve found taste pretty good too.

@JuniperTheChaoticLesbian oh, my bad. um, i guess the best thing to do would be to wear looser bottoms and try not to draw attention to it by panicking or something like that.

Oh and i found a clothing guide for using clothing to make a more masculine body more feminine without using padding. Ill link it later when i can find it

Oh also thanks for the voice tips. I cant exactly use them to my own advantage violently sobs in AFAB but ill definitely keep those in mind as advice for others who need it

Ok! I can do any tight pants because that ruins the illusion of my tuck so yeah

You could talk deep down in your chest to get a deeper voice

Ah so it works out great!

@JuniperTheChaoticLesbian found the clothing guide

Yeah for AFAB people wanting a deeper voice you have to go the other way around
And there are a lot of videos on youtube that could help you

Voice training actually works! I’m in a school choir and can go from alto(low pitch) to soprano(high pitch) and I can use it to change my voice if I want to.
If you have trouble with talking high, clenching my stomach helps me. If you have trouble with talking low, try to push down your voice with your throat. Using hand motions can also help you visualize how you want to sound(moving up if you want to sound high, and down if you want to sound lower).

@Rainyve oh no it’s fine! I don’t plan on doing any voice training, I just wanted to give thanks since nobody else had yet
