Neo, I apologize in advance if this is rude, but i believe the term youre looking for is time difference, not jetlag, cuz jetlag is when you travel to another country and are tired since you arent used to the time zone change yet

I didn’t even know you had 2 words for that (in french there’s only one for both when you travel or you’re just living in different countries, the french word is “décalage horaire” if you’re interested
